FOUNDERS
Aubrey Sawyer
Co-Founder & CEO
Aubrey has dedicated her 15+ year career in healthcare to solving one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: behavior-driven activation. She co-architected the behavioral frameworks that evolved into CoachLinq’s Activation Operating System and Behavioral Discovery Engine, drawing from her extensive experience in system design, behavior-driven product development, and large-scale implementation across employer health, digital ecosystems, and clinical environments.
Aubrey leads CoachLinq’s vision, category creation, and organizational strategy—bringing together evidence, technology, and behavioral science to build the activation layer healthcare has long been missing.
Dr. Michelle Alencar
PhD, NBHWC, CCN
Co-Founder & Chief Science Office
Michelle is the scientific backbone of CoachLinq’s behavioral intelligence. Her work includes three randomized controlled clinical trials, 11 peer-reviewed publications, Full Plus CDC recognition, and the creation of a National Board–accredited behavioral academy. She has spent her career developing evidence-based behavioral methods, shaping activation pathways, and advancing real-world engagement across diverse clinical domains.
She leads the scientific frameworks that power CoachLinq’s adaptive intelligence.
